I remember in 5th grade i was into D&D and the Dragonlance books. The principle found out that a few friends and I were bringing the books to school and stuff and she ended up banning them. She was one of those religious wackos that bought into this D&D is evil stuff.

Heck, she even banned me from reading the Dragonlance novels at school because it was D&D related.

In Topic: Trip To Ireland

30 July 2008 - 11:40 PM

I'm mostly interested in seeing the cultural and historical side of Ireland.

I've never been out of the country - barely been out of the state of PA. Never flown in an airplane.

Easiest way to plan a trip? Get a package deal thing or what?

Whats the least expensive way to go, but also making it enjoyable?

I'm really shy when around people I don't know so I'm not sure a group type trip would be for me, although maybe it would be fun? I also kind of want this to be a more personal type of trip and see some things that probably no one else cares about.

When is the best time of year to visit Ireland?

I don't know when I'd take this trip. I'd like to go soon, but while money isn't exactly tight, I don't think I have quite enough to spend several thousand on a trip. This is something I've wanted to do for a loooong time and I think I really owe it to myself and really deserve to do this. I also need some time off work because it's been extremely hectic, busy, and stressful over the past few months.

Sorry, had to edit the second picture to keep my posts PG-13. A lot of the others one I've found have similar (if not more revealing attire), which is great for some, but I prefer to leave things to the imagination.

And I also broke the rules, as the girl in the 5th pic has a gun. 30 lashes for me.

I dunno, i think the "babe" on the far right of the last pic is actually a man....that's scary!

Some I get, some I don't (maybe more than I think). I just like the way it sounds though.
