This game just really makes me mad. I didn't even finish the tutorial, it's so bad. What an obvious money grab.

Not going to go into a lot of detail, others have done it far more eloquently than I could, and to tell the truth I saw it 9 hours ago and honestly don't really remember it that well.

I liked the costume design, well, other then the fact that the red sash Conan wore looked like it had been purchased from the fabric store 10 minutes before the cameras rolled. And I enjoyed the scene with the (as they were named in the credits) "Topless Wenches" lol.

And that's about it.

Granted I went in knowing there was pretty much no chance it was going to be good, as a major fan of the Horror genre I've had experience with Nispel's "direction" before, and it was a dark day in my house the day I heard he was singed to "direct" Conan.

I HATED the soundtrack, this is the second time Bates has been hired to replace what in my mind is one of the greatest film scores of all time (the other being John Carpenter's score to "Halloween") and has come up woefully short. I have a lot of gripes about Millius' film but the score is just perfect.

I will say that Mamoa in my mind is a thousand times better cast as Conan then Arnie was. But I HATED the "Batman" growl he delivered his lines in. I'm not against him at all, and am holding out hope he gets a real shot at Conan.

The way I see it is CONAN was a popular name in Cimmeria, and hopefully someday someone will make a film about the one Robert E. Howard wrote about, instead of these other two guys.

It was a LONG LONG road to "Greystoke" but Burroughs finally got a respectful treatment, I'm still holding out hope!

Stopped playing after about two minutes... damn it. Save your $

Quick off topic question, is this series based on the Wagner book? I looked through the credits but didn't see his name anywhere.
