So i was wondering if any one has some idea as to where the old Conan posters origionally used for Bantam's books covers could be found? Specifically I'm talking about the mail in offers (found on the fold out bookposter) for a 20x24" reproduction.

Probably best to keep an eye out on e-bay.

Hi I am a big fan of the Conan art and am looking for a specific peice.
I am looking for the drawing/painting of Conan sitting on his stone throne. I am not sure if its a Frazatta work or not, but its my favorite. It is the images that appears in the opening scene at barbariankeep.com
So if anyone knows where I could find this specific peice please let me know.

It was painted by Bob Larkin. Copyrited to Bantam Books Inc.
Used to be available in 20" x 24" posters back in 1979 for $5.00

Drop me a line if ya can find any of the old posters. I've searched the internet for an old one for ever.

You're not the only one who's tried to find those old posters for years C.D. . I second the motion , anyone with any of those posters e-mail me too , I'll pay asking price AND both ears for Roman mercenary ransom for a copy of the Darryl Greene poster from Conan the Swordsman .

" You have a good point there,...put your helmet on & no-one will notice it ."
" Look for a long time at what pleases you... and longer still at what pains you "
So THIS is civilization ??!??!......

That one kinda reminds me of the cover Jeff Jones did for the Sowers of the Thunder paperback back in the 70s.

Yes , I'd guess as it's been used for a bootleg CD that perhaps they just scanned it from a set photo that perhaps appeared in a film magazine.
