Conan would split He-Man's skull to the teeth before the latter finished summoning the powers of Greyskull, then he'd bound off into the sunset with She-Ra slung writhing over his shoulder :D

Saunders points out that Tarzan has a better record against giant apes than Conan. I would add that Tarzan also has a better record against lions, whom he routinely kills with a knife; once he killed a lion with a rifle used as a club and destroying the rifle in the process. Conan almost never fights lions, and doesn't exactly show blaseI confidence against them; in ToE he kills one with a sword, and it's a close shave. And as for breaking a bull's neck, I believe (can't document) that Tarzan has broken the neck of at least one water buffalo with his bare hands.
"Did you deem yourself strong, because you were able to twist the heads off civilized folk, poor weaklings with muscles like rotten string? Hell! Break the neck of a wild Cimmerian bull before you call yourself strong. I did that, before I was a full-grown man...!" - Conan, in "Shadows in Zamboula", by Robert E. Howard
"... you speak of Venarium familiarly. Perhaps you were there?"
"I was," grunted [Conan]. "I was one of the horde that swarmed over the hills. I hadn't yet seen fifteen snows, but already my name was repeated about the council fires." - "Beyond the Black River", by Robert E. Howard

Yes, Tarzan had much more oportunities to fight wild beasts than Conan because except from the huntings and ocasional fighting off their attacks he actually lived in the jungle and became it's lord eventually. However, Tarzan is of a noble modern descend while Conan is well... Conan. Having that in mind, having the equal if not better speed and reflexes than Tarzan, being of a bigger frame and undoubtly stronger, I somewhat doubt he wouldn't be able to cope with stuff Tarzan is equipped with. I would say that possibly, the hot and humid tropic climate would be a disadvantage for Conan, having in mind that he actually lived in the north and is of that herritage which is better suited to cope with extreme colds, winds, snow and ice, just as Tarzan would probably ended up as a frozen popsicle if he'd have to endure some time in Cimmeria or Aesir or somewhere far north.

As far as primordial fears Conan have towards the supernatural concerns, well, I don't know anybody who wouldn't vince in terror at the sight of some undead demon or spooks from some dark and spiderweb wrapped darkness crawling towards them. However, the instinct for survival would abridge that to the extent needed not to freeze with fear waiting for this unknown "It" to happilly burp over his dead dismembered bones.
?Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely
in an attractive and well preserved body,
but rather to skid in sideways, Champagne in one hand,
strawberries in the other, body thoroughly used up, totally worn out and
screaming?.. WOO HOO?. What a RIDE!?

Conan's SOP reaction to fear is to kill the thing that's scaring him, as quickly as possible.

Conan V.s. Kratos From "god Of War". Who Would Win?

Its really hard to say. Maybe Conan would win in a death match if Krotas does not wield the blade of Olympus?

By the way, sorry for some proof errors on the title.
