Since all the links to the clips are broken, I'm updating.

This was uploaded to the web 6 days ago, so apologies if it exists on the forum elsewhere.

And I think I read Horsley/Talon IS in the movie.

Anyway, here's The Link

Yep, he's in it around 2 minutes in, fur coat and all (brown this time instead of white). I thought I saw a flying sword somewhere in there too which would mean the three bladed one is back. My dad still asks about this: "Say, are they ever going to do that other Sword & the Sorcerer movie?" He's actually a way bigger fan of it than I am.

The poor acting in the preview alone and the 90's television quality CG, but I will still watch it. I guess I'm a bit of a masochist.
Mitra! The ways of the Aesir were more to my liking.

I don't think TS&TS is high cinema, but I have to admit that I have a soft spot for it.

Ungh; IMO this has to be one of the worst S&S films ever--making Arnie's CONAN films looking like gold. I
mean after all, damn little T&A--so very little redeeming values there, a ripped-off plot, plus the actor
form the MURPHY BROWN TV series as a lead!

Best, MEH

I love this flick. Sure, it hasn't aged well, and the three bladed sword is hokey, but this flick is completely watchable. I saw it in the theatre as a very young kid, first grade as I recall (my folks were cool back then). It was really my introduction to Sword And Sorcery, and what an intro! Blood, guts, boobies, action...it blew my little head off. What was Star Wars after you've seen heads split in two by razor sharp broadswords?

I still enjoy it now and then. I think Horsley did a decent job, kinda scrawny, but there really is an Errol Flynn quality to his performance. Though the FX are shoddy by todays standards, they're pretty nifty for the time they were done. I have a soft spot in my heart for these kinds of flicks; I mean, they can't ALL be Ben-Hur, man.

A good 'baked-potato' flick, if ya know what I mean.

The sequel looks like Carmilla meets the live action Dungeons and Dragons movie...no thanks!

Same here. Kevin Sorbo? I think I'd rather see Kevin Smith play Talon, and then puncture my own eyeballs with paperclips.

This movie had so many good parts, I am tempted to ignore the bad in favor of my own happiness.

Exactly. Worst Sword and Sorcery movie? Hardly. I can think of several much worse; stinkers like Red Sonja, Kull, and the entire Deathstalker series.
