We mustn't forget a good nutrition and/or back exercises prevent and cure backaches. B) A good proof of back exercises' utility is Chelsea Charms. ;)

You're - always - welcome, BS! :)

Okay I know I'm expected to just ogle this and say something like "She knows how to handle a big weapon." etc, but my natural reactiom is;

"Why is a girl dressed in a Raquel Welch 1 Million Years BC outfit, holding a katana?"

"Why is a girl dressed in a Raquel Welch 1 Million Years BC outfit, holding a katana?"

Logic and reason on the Internet!?!
"I vanquished Law once, I'll conquer yet again--
And force upon Mankind the Freedom he fears--
And dead gods I will again defy?"

"Why is a girl dressed in a Raquel Welch 1 Million Years BC outfit, holding a katana?"

because she needs it to defend herself from the Dinosaur Lizards ?? ;)
--
...and why does she have red toenails...
because she's a Howard fan ?? :D

Technically, that's a no-dachi, not a katana.

If it's a no-dachi then that girl must be about nine feet tall. I own two no-dachi's and they are both bigger than me (I'm 5'10")

"Did you deem yourself strong, because you were able to twist the heads off civilized folk, poor weaklings with muscles like rotten string? Hell!
