Hi all, the versions of the Conan stories that I have read are those in the 2-volume Fantasy Masterworks Conan Chronicles collection:
The Conan Chronicles: Volume 1: The People of the Black Circle
Does anybody know if these contain all the original stories and if they are unedited?
The Conan Chronicles: Volume 2: Hour of the Dragon: Hour of the Dragon
Cheers

hey gang. ive read all the conan stuff, good and bad. now im interested in reading just the original unedited REH Conan stories. With all the new books coming out, its tough to tell what is what. Is there currently a book or series of books that offers these. Im aware of the two volume - The Coming of Conan the Cimmerian (Conan of Cimmeria, Book 1 and 2) but this doesnt seem like all of the original REH's. are the coming out with a 3rd volume. Anyone who can point me to a list of all the REH Conan stories, it would be greatly appreciated. thanks

Difficulties to find books in English...? Paris? Obviously, you don't know the City of Light very well (yet).
Try the following bookshops (they usually will take orders too).
WHSmith: http://www.whsmith.fr/ (the largest one)
Galignani: http://galignani.com/en/galignani.php
Village Voice: http://www.villagevoicebookshop.com/
San Francisco Books: http://www.sanfranci...aris/index.html (second hand)
The Abbey Bookshop: http://www.alevdesig...y/abbey_en.html
Attica: http://www.attica.fr...wIn&pg=contacts
The Red Wheelbarrow: http://www.theredwhe...re/Welcome.html
Shakespeare and Company http://shakespearean...y.com/index.php (near Notre-Dame, sells second hand books. My fave).
Gibert Joseph has several bookstores. At 26 boulevard Saint Michel, you can also find English books. I was there last week and they had some Del Reys: http://www.gibertjoseph.com/
Rusty is right, something is usually posted on the forum when French REH fans are getting together in Paris. The thread on last year's meeting is here: http://www.conan.com...?showtopic=7522
Hope that helps.
