Well, I've been a lurker on these boards for several years and have enjoyed reading all the posts from such a knowledgable group of REH fans. I thought it's about time I introduced myself and showing off a few of my favorite REH items seemed like a fun way to start.

I got into REH in the same way that many of you probably did, through the Ace/Lancer paprerbacks when I was a kid, as well as the Marvel comics. The release of the WS editions a few years ago and the new DH comics reinvigorated my interest in Howard (and led me to this forum). The last few years I've been focusing on collecting the original pulps and early books. I thought I'd share some of them with you guys.
To start things off, here's a pic of me with a couple of my favorites:

jesus
where did you lot find the weird tales, and how much? I am a comic collector, and I would sell my mother for one of those.
They're not as common as silver and bronze age comics, but they're out there. There are pulp dealers online, but they rarely have key REH issues in stock. eBay is a good source, though like raw comics it can be a crapshoot sometimes. Heritage often has REH pulps in their Signature auctions. The hunt is a big part of the fun of collecting- good luck!

Rock on!
Welcome to the forum, Theagenes. Sounds like you got into Conan/REH about like I did and you got BACK into Howard about like I did. Very cool collection.
Thanks for the welcome! I'd love to see more of people's collections - I'm sure some of you guys have some pretty cool stuff!

Btw, here's my Subteranean Kull...

Money and muscle, that's what I want; to be able to do any damned thing I want and get away with it. Money won't do that altogether, because if a man is a weakling, all the money in the world won't enable him to soak an enemy himself; on the other hand, unless he has money he may not be able to get away with it.

Wow! A real Arkham House Skull Face. I'm speechless. Now that is totally awesome!

Sweet! (no pun intended)
And I see your Conan vol. 1 in the background. Man, I'm glad to hear WS is finally going to come out with vol. 3. For those that don't have these amazing editions now is a great time to pick them as they've come down in price in ebay auctions. I finally got the Solomon Kane a few weeks ago for a very good deal.

There is a reason why Paul Herman's REH bibliography is titled The Neverending Hunt! http://www.conan.com...mp;#entry123376

I have a couple of REH and Sword and Sorcery groups I am moderator of on Myspace that have examples of my collection of Comics books etcm related to REH. Now if anyone would join and use the groups it might get interesting. Search Infernal Jase or Jason Shrum and you'll find em!
Way to keep the banner wavin' in strange, cybereal lands, Jason!

Here's a group shot I took of some of my favorite pulps a while back, with four Conan WTs in the front row.
Very nice, theagenes! Thanks for sharing.
