When we finish Act III (ahem), I will combine the acts and put them on a DVD for early distribution to certain contributors. Then I'll put the whole thing up on YouTube for the hoi polloi.

I'm REALLY liking what I'm seeing so far. Atali's PERFECT, and her accent really enhances the arrogance of the character. I like the way her voice was "treated" in post as well, but I have trouble understanding it in places (though fair dinkum, it could be my laptop's craptastic speakers.)
Atali's reaction to the "Oh, sh*t!" moment, when she realizes that Conan wasn't a weakling like all the others she's lured to their dooms over the centuries, is spot on.
There's a bit of video hiccuping in the 5:06-5:15 range, but that can be fixed by the VFX dogs.
And there should also be a bit more VFX when Atali does her flit at the end...
The girl's ivory body was suddenly enveloped in a cold blue flame so blinding that the Cimmerian threw up his hands to shield his eyes from the intolerable blaze. A fleeting instant, skies and snowy hills were bathed in crackling white flames, blue darts of icy light, and frozen crimson fires. Then Conan staggered and cried out. The girl was gone. The glowing snow lay empty and bare...
Also, after she's gone...
...high above his head the witch-lights flashed and played in a frosty sky gone mad, and among the distant blue mountains there sounded a rolling thunder as of a gigantic war-chariot rushing behind steeds whose frantic hoofs struck lightning from the snows and echoes from the skies.
Then suddenly the borealis, the snow-clad hills and the blazing heavens reeled drunkenly to Conan's sight; thousands of fire-balls burst with showers of sparks, and the sky itself became a titanic wheel which rained stars as it spun. Under his feet the snowy hills heaved up like a wave, and the Cimmerian crumpled into the snows to lie motionless.
But that's just fiddly stuff (says the guy with ZERO clew how too do FX like that.)
I enjoy the look you have for it. It reminds me of one of those open-air Shakespeare performances, where they've taken it outside into proper, vibrant surroundings instead of inside on a dry old stage.
Glad I could have even a small hand in helping to bring this about; at least it would cover warm drinks for cast and crew, yah?
Tex
(looking forward to Act III)

I am all thumbs with this editing software, and wouldn't know how to start in crafting elaborate effects. (Or even balancing the sound!)
I am glad you bought Natalia's reaction. When we filmed it, she had gotten such a genuinely sickened look that I almost called "cut". She's got a bright future.

- The music is great! Here's the first act.
...
- Shouldn't that environmental intro be shorter? (Or, did I get spoiled by the absence of credits at the beginning of the movies since the '80s?)
- I think that the battle flashbacks and aftermath needed more quick shots.
- Nice touch there with the raven sounds.
- Hey! Those birds are back!Well, I should withhold this from you, my barbarian brothers, no longer!

- The editing improves! And the glimmer surrounding the characters helps a lot. It's as if this act had been edited by a different person.
- How can that girl walk over the snow without shoes? Who does she think she is? The daughter of...? I get it.
- 4:35-4:50: Best acting by Will.
- The entire act: Best acting by Natalia. (To be clear, this opinion is completely unrelated to the
