I hope the weapons are well build. Looks are second to security and longevity of LARP weapons... at least to me. (using Kevlar instead of leather or glass fibre for securing tip and pommel, using foam that is able to absorb energy fast enough so you don't get injured while fighting - within a certain power range of course, you can always go too wild - generally that foam is a bit softer than professional weapon builders use, but harder to shape and cut).

i personaly have a couple of those warlords latex weapon (templar sword & dark age mace)
& i can tell you that they are safe , durable, inexpansive (comapre to other larp weapons) , light
& all around the best i've ever bought

winlass no longer has the license to make them it seems

 

the armor was too fragile for LARP (tore apart to easily when snaging a tree branche)

 

the weapons were/are OK for beginner LARPers but more experience ones

will go for either Calimacil or atelier Nemiesis weapons
