If you'll notice when you post on this website, there's a bunch of option icons along the top of your dialog box. Near the right end of this, is an icon that looks like three slides. If you hover your mouse over it, you see the words "Insert media".
If you hit that, and enter the URL for a Youtube video, you can create a frame from the video in your post.
