Specifically, look at the eyes and mouth. Thinking the same thing in each photo, whatever that is.

I'd guess something along the lines of "why do I have to wear a damn fool suit 'n tie for a photograph?"

Howard had an unusual looking mouth, it seems to dip in the right corner. He also
had some heavy eyebrows for real and a weak chin.

He doesn't have Oswald's weaselly look.looks like a young lee harvey oswald on the left.
