Once respectable horror publishers Dorchester Publishing have ceased paying their authors and are publishing e-books for which they do not hold the rights.

Very poor show. I've also heard they've been ripping off Hard Case Crime subscribers by sending them other products without asking now that Charles Ardai's moved the imprint to Titan (following Dorchester's decision to digital-only).

Have a feeling that the coming of e-books is going to raise a whole bunch of issues involving copyright law.
There seems to be a feeling that anything can be posted on the Internet, for free, and that the concept of intellectual property is irrelevant.
