Hello all,
If that new Conan movie is coming out in August, isn't it about time for them to start putting out at least a few advertisements and commercials? I have not seen nor heard of any yet! You would think they would have a serious advertising campaign going on to promote their new movie?!?

I don't watch TV as regularly as some, but the only thing I have seen was the trailers I looked up on the internet. But I watch TV, mainly documentary channels, the western channels but a few things like 2 1/2 Men, etc, but have yet to see a comercial on TV for the Conan movie. Was just curious.

I saw a commercial for the movie on Sunday during the British Open. That's been the only one I've seen on television so far.

I talked to a buddy yesterday and told him about the movie and he said "What Conan movie?" I told him all about it and he said he had not seen nor heard one commercial or anything about it. It just seems that if they wanted to sell that movie they would have gone all out on commercials the last two or three months like they do with other movies coming out where they just flood the world with commercials about it.

Do a google search for conan the barbarian HD wallpapers...theres tons out there...in varying resolutions...i have a 42 inch lcd as my moniter so it looks er...pretty as my wallpaper haha

I've actually seen the Conan TV commercial four times since the weekend. I saw it twice on the FX channel and twice on Comedy network.

I've seen the commercial quite a few times the past few days. I've got to say the rock guitar soundtrak to the commercial doesn't draw my attention.

Yep, a friend of mine said he had seen a few. I just seldom watch TV anymore, radio, etc, or anything. Since retiring I spend time on computer, playing xbox, etc.. I need to get back into reality I reckon! LOL!

Well, just went to see Captain America. No Conan posters in the theatre, but the trailer (the "I see a journey" one) was up first. After, some folks in the audience were talking about it. Couldn't hear what, but they were talking.

You sure you didn't watch that movie in Prattville, Alabama?!? LOL! I went to see Captain America today too and was with a gal and during the commercials I kept saying now why don't they show a commercial or trailer for Conan? Thought it might just have been me you heard!! LOL!

What did you think about the movie. It was ok to me, but I never was really into all those super hero comic book guys. My ladyfriend wanted to see it.

It stinks that so many people know nothing of comics beyond the superhero genre, especially here in America. I've been on some comic boards/sites and started threads about Conan before, and only a few people would ever join in. Even the Hellboy threads were pretty slow. Everyone else just sticks to their usual Marvel and DC stuff, like if it doesn't have spandex then they're not interested. What a shame.What did you think about the movie. It was ok to me, but I never was really into all those super hero comic book guys. My ladyfriend wanted to see it.
