Just online, the 12th podcast of France's largest Fantasy website, Elbakin, a REH special.
Two hours and thirty minutes (!) on Howard, discussing his characters, themes, the biography, etc. I had a real blast doing that one, and I think it shows (so to speak).

Tomorrow airs the latest "Reves & Cris" on NOLIFE-TV, with a ten-minute interview of yours truly on REH and Conan. I am told it's not possible to watch it when you are not in France, but it will be viewable in the next few days on the internet. I'll post the link when I get it.

Time to learn French!

Patrice

Howard seems to be a lot more popular in France than the US....The French got good taste and lots of good writers of their own.

Here's a link to watch the show on the Net.

The Howard portion begins at about 35'
Even if you don't understand French, there are several interesting things to see, including what is probably the world's best surviving copy of the Dec 1932 issue of Weird Tales, introducing Conan.

The French are big fans of Lovecraft as well.
