I've been a long time fan of Esteban Maroto's artwork.
I'll have to see if i can track down some of the issues to add to my collection.

Indeed.
I was never a big reader of theses magazines . I did buy a couple of issues of Eerie and Creepy. Don't know that happened to them.

Thanks to both of you for bring this to my attention.

One story I recall and I doubt it was a Dax story, was about a barbarian warrior whose job is tying to protect a young women from three shadow wraith like creatures . He killed two of them with his sword , The third one which was a shadow man , caught him behind , entered him and proceed to devour him from within. Al the girl could so was each in horror as the warrior aged to death before here eyes until was reduced to a pile of bones . Does this sound family and could it have been done by Estaban Maroto?
