So, when is Hour of the Dragon gonna be adapted? This semester? Who is working on this title?
I hope Tim Truman and Giorello steps in because the new team is leaving something (big) to be desired.
To be sincere, I really wish another team to adapt HotD because it`s been now so many years, that I`d like something new to begin. But, since the new team working on Queen is not pleasing most of fans here, including me, I think the best choice is for Giorello and Truman to work on this adaptation. You never know what choices Dark Horse may come up with.
Can`t wait for it to begin. I won`t be buying Conan anytime soon. At least until this new artist Lolos steps out and the Cimmerian arch is through.

I won't be buying it until the entire QOTBC arc is through.Shame on Dark Horse for ruining such a classic Howard/Conan tale.

I sure hope it'll be Giorello and Truman. They are definitely a winning team, and I've really enjoyed every quality adaptation they've worked on. I haven't heard any word on when it'll be started, but I hope it's soon.

Both Truman and Giorello will be back to adapt HOUR OF THE DRAGON! It's already in the works. 12 issue miniseries. Release date has not yet been announced. But the news is confirmed by Giorello (on his blog) & Truman (on his website).

Wow! Now that looks like something...
Twelve issue adaptation with Truman and Giorello? I`m probably in. Where do I sign?
The only observation that I really do concerns Vilarrubia. I may be killed around here after I say this, but his colors many times are way off. I don`t like some tones he uses to color the art, though I think he matches Tomás art in many aspects.
I wish someone else colored Giorello`s pencils. Any suggestions? Would Dave Stewart`s style work over Tomás pencils?

AWESOME!

Thank God for DH not trying to "experiment" with this story!

Wow, 12 issues!! Cool... a good replacement for the current main crappy QotBC series.

Yes... I would prefer Dave Stewart as well. But, hey, after the current series major screw up, that is like nit picking.

Yes! A thousand times better than Vilarrubia. Now, this is coloring! Are you listening, Dark Horse?

Can we get them to do the real QotBC?

That would be great, but honestly at this point I'm surprised Dark Horse are letting them do Hour of the Dragon.

I'd like to see Greg Ruth be given an opportunity to do another Conan arc. I think his work on Born on the Battlefield is some of the best.

Hey, Darkhorse, you want some new people to buy? Produce something that's as good as the pic a few posts up.

"Death to the masters!"
I woulda kept Thothmekri for awhile. He could come in handy.

Have you guys not read DH's The Scarlet Citadel or The Phoenix on the Sword? Most REH adaptations DH has done have been handled pretty well, Queen of the Black Coast (tragically) excluded.

Greg Ruth's Conan looks as rugged and mature as the Conan in QotBC.
