So who are some actors that fans think might be fun to see working alongside Arnold in the Legend of Conan (regardless if it be a large supporting role or small cameo)?
A few that randomly come to mind for me are:
Michael Berryman
Fairuza Balk
Tony Todd
Laura Vandervoort
Christopher Lee

Regardless if you liked the script or not, it’s undeniable that in Conan the Destroyer, Arnold had an awesome list of actors working alongside him (Sarah Douglas, Grace Jones, Mako, Wilt Chamberlain, Olivia D’Abo).

I'd like to see Mako's introduction repeated "...let me tell you of the days of high adventure". Gerry Lopez get a cameo and have the Anvil of Crom in the soundtrack somewhere. As for current actors, I don't really care much, as Arnie's got to carry this thing (and I'm skeptical he can - but I'll root for him all the same).

"... you speak of Venarium familiarly. Perhaps you were there?"
"I was," grunted [Conan]. "I was one of the horde that swarmed over the hills. I hadn't yet seen fifteen snows, but already my name was repeated about the council fires." - "Beyond the Black River", by Robert E. Howard

I think Gerry Lopez should a get a cameo at the very least. I posted a pic of him in the other thread from a few years and he looks great. He's still still surfing and looks like he's in good shape.
I was thinking the same thing after I saw that photo you posted.

I was figuring he'd be the perfect catalyst for this whole "Unforgiven" thing.

Sean Bean.

movie featuring swords

I’m now thinking it’d be fun to see Lou Ferrigno in the movie somehow… Even in 2012, that guy still looks like the Incredible Hulk.

Some of them that would in no particular order fit the colorfull roles of various badasses, smugglers, thiefs, warriors, mercenaries, witches, chicks, kings and queens. It's not necesary to put them all in like a showelled coal into the blast of furnace but just to mention they would look, sound and act great.

Danny Trejo would be super awesome!
Lance Henriksen would be also be cool.
Some of the actors you listed (Robert Englund, Angela Bassett, Charlotte Rampling, Malcolm McDowell) I’m not so sure about….
But maybe I’m wrong.
Also, doesn’t Warrick Davis seem like an obvious choice?

if Arnie is to be King Conaaan, then Lou should be cast as his Son......I’m now thinking it’d be fun to see Lou Ferrigno in the movie somehow… Even in 2012, that guy still looks like the Incredible Hulk.
Milena Velba should be his very busty Queen, and she is German so the accents will match.
Morgan Freeman should play old Juma, returned to be unforgiven.
Lee Evans as the court jester.
Eddie Izzard as the weird poet Rinaldodo.
Dwayne Johnson as the avenging son of Throth-Amoon.

Lots of FUN and serious new RHYMING Hyborian/Fantasy poetry.

leaving most warriors drooling and staring.
After I danced with my exotic flesh baring
I would vanish into the new Sunrise glaring."

I know you're joking, but that's not a bad idea.

Seriously, though, I would suggest as Zenobia... Xena! Lucy Lawless as the Queen of Aquilonia.
Vladimir Kulich would be cool as an ally for Arnold. Perhaps Michael Sheehan as a baddie?
A lot of suggestions seem to be older actors... The studio/production company will likely want to keep the cast generally younger.
