Hello friends.

I don't post on here much anymore, but I came across something that I thought some of you might be interested in.

There is a new band called Keen Of The Crow, and apparently they just made a concept album about Conan and his world called "Hyborea".

Here is a review of the album:

I haven't heard it yet, but it definitely sounds right up my alley, music-wise and concept-wise.

(I guess the band has actually kind of broken up now too, sadly.....)

Anyways, thought some of you might be interested.

Got the first two issues, and they were pretty awesome - looking forward to getting #3.

But, I must admit........ sadly......... I have never read any Elric! I've always wanted to, just never gotten around to it, always reading something else, etc.. But this series has certainly gotten my interest up.

Well. MOAS isn't a bad place to start, as chronologically it's right at the beginning - before "Elric of Melnibone".  If you want to read the whole sage, you're best advised to get hold of the White Wolf / Millenium omnibus editions, which sadly won't be printed again.

PS - Got my MOAS today - haven't read it yet, though!

Thanks pal. When I am done reading all my crap I have, I will consult the local library.

Buscema's Conan is the definitive Conan.  Nuff said.

I'm with you on this.
