Robert E. Howard And Herbert C. Klatt
24 November 2011 - 03:35 AM
Now available from Roehm’s Room Press: Lone Scout of Letters, by Herbert C. Klatt.
Details here: http://rehtwogunraconteur.com/?p=15263
Following the death of Herbert C. Klatt in May 1928, Truett Vinson, Tevis Clyde Smith, Robert E. Howard, and other contributors to The Junto, hatched a plan to publish a memorial collection of Klatt’s work. More than 80 years later, that plan has finally been realized. While primarily a collection of material by and about Herbert C. Klatt, Lone Scout of Letters also serves as a resource for the Howard fan and scholar. Besides Klatt’s mentions of Howard in his letters to Smith, the volume provides information about The Junto and its members, as well as the Lone Scouts of America, an organization whose members had an influence on Howard.
This anthology is available in two editions: hardcover for $25 and paperback for $16.
