Im Serbian, and lived in Bosnia for 13 years, and I can tell you there is no city by that name in Croatia unless its smaller town or village. "jic" doesnt mean "from" but that doesnt mean there is no village by the name Brajic (which is your surname I assume). From what I have seen in ex-Yugoslavia there were plenty of villages where many houses shared the same surname, so the village or even a smaller town was named after such a surname. Hope that was some help

Hollywood does it all the time, with RamboIII helping innocent Taliban "freedom fighters" which consist of children and old men with sticks and stones against evil communist russians who have high tech weaponry. If they new what was going to happen few years later I dont think they would have made that movie.
Behind Enemy Lines, Owen wilson gets trapped on Serbian side, they fire tanks, racket launchers and guns without scratching Owen at all. The whole mountain comes down but not Owen. They portrayed Serbs as evil, killing raping everything that comes in their path. This movie was based on the American Pilot whose plane was shot down by Serbian army. In truth the pilot was found by an old Serbian farmer who arrested him with pitchforks and held him in his stable, contacted Nato who collected him. By hiding him the farmer also in danger himself from his own people. But back in Usa the pilot was given the brave medal of honour. By using his training skills he was able to hide in the bush while Serbian army was meters  away from him but couldnt find him thanks to his training. The other day local TV station interviewed the old man, he got no thanks from Americans or the pilot, and when asked what he would like to get, the old farmer replied, a thanks and a bottle of whiskey would be enough.

Notice power lifters all have huge stomachs, most dont  have any abdominal muscles showing. Most are construction workers believe it or not so like conan they lift heavy objects, they do exercise as well, but none are proffesional bodybuilders (except Lou Ferrigno who never came close to winning strong man comp. If he has I apologise).  Its quite possible to have a huge chest, arms and legs, especially for someone who walks, runs and slays a monster every comic book. But definition can only be achieved by regular visits to gym and eating right food. What kubert is trying to say, character will come off better if he looks as if he is not on display but rather a working character
