The big thing here is that this came from a single owner collection. My copy of Terror by Night has "8/34" pencilled in, very likely the date it was nought, ie, at publication time. Then they sat in the same collection for the next 7 decades before being sold to the bookdealer who sold them to me. They are remarkably fresh, with white paper and perfect boards. Only some very minor blemishes to the dj and some minor foxing on a few pages.
Now that copy of GRIM DEATH will be quite difficult to find, if I want to have a set in über-nice condition.
