Well...I'm really surprised that no one here can see the obvious message . Then, let me explain :

 

Inside the white line...this (REH) forum.

Inside the red lines....forum members' thoughts and opinions.

Inside the green line...DH's beloved property.

...and what does the big dark horse represent? Of course DHC, our beloved publisher.

 

So, I think this illustration is somewhat symbolic and satirical, and represents the current battle between DHC and hardcore REH fans here...regarding the proper handling of Conan franchise, of course.

If I'm right, let's guess which one of the forum members is depicted in the picture (amster. ironhand, wulfhere, Slashing sword etc...) !

i feel like this image was put together from frazetta and a few other sources as some kind of mock up, maybe for a statue of the frazetta painting...am trying to remember but I do think it was discussed here on the forum when it first came out...

Definitely not illustration or statue. Looks to me like CGI model. I propose this approach to make Conan movie long time ago (like, for example, "Adventures of Tintin" or "Beowulf").
