That movie poster on pg 52 looks fake. Couldn't they have made something a little more original? But I guess thats just a preliminary poster.

Well, these filmmakers and Hollywood in general can not afford for this movie to bomb, so they gotta make it appeal to the masses. It makes sense from an "executive" and "businessman" point of view but I ain't no freakin businessman. If this movie had to be made, I wish Wingnut Films (Peter Jackson) or Scott Free (Ridley Scott) could've picked it up. It's worth waiting another 5 years to see this happen the right way then see it fail in every way possible a year from now.

grr again.

No more inane questions - it is okay to not post if you have nothing to add to the discussion.  In fact we insist.

Carry on.

Sorry Strom, just trying to keep it going, you know? I'm not a fan of nods, and I hate remakes to begin with- even if this isn't one. But the music was really great in the orignial and I challenge the composer of the new Conan to do something better!

Watching Gladiator right now on TNT. The huge dude, (the Germanian) ought to be in a Conan movie.

That's why I wouldn't mind someone young like Cudmore or Jared Pada... something. :)
Over the course of 3 movies they can grow into the character.
