Age Of Conan Screenshots

I have posted quite a few screenshots from the area called House of Crom in the Age Of Conan MMO game, and thought perhaps a thread dedicated to screenshots of other areas of the world would be a good idea. I will start with my Bear Shaman character in Xibaluku, an Acheronian ruin teeming with Picts.

Cormac Mac Art Pastiche Chronology

I aplogize if this info is on the forum somewhere and I missed it, but I have started to reacquire the Cormac Mac Art pastiches and was wondering what the proper chronology is, as different publishers numbered them differently. I suppose I can sort it out once I have them all but figured if I knew now I could get them in the proper sequence and read as I go.

So, does anyone know?

EDIT: I will update this post as the information is gathered so others can easily access it. I got "The Mists of Doom" today and it is the first book chronologically, so....
