I sincerely think Moorcock would refuse the job. Guess why.

Who's read the novelization of CTD? Of Red Sonja and other similar flicks? I've personally never even read ONE novelization, it would be interesting to make a poll on this forum.
The world we're living in is such a circus, I'm sure there's even a novelization of "The Barbarian Brothers" who knows!

A poll such as : "Do you think it's worth it?" "Have you read any movie novelization?"
I'm serious for the poll.

ps: I bet DH is already planning for an adaptation in comicbook form, as they did for Pathfinder. The intro of the latter comics adaptation is risible.

Alan Dean Foster used to have the market cornered in novelizations... he did pretty good ones of Alien and The Thing IIRC.

As for the Conan one... I'm available :-)

Don't forget Jason Statham. He's very masculine.

Yeah... but he's a really crap actor.

Anybody seen this yet?

Re-reading Poul Anderson's The Broken Sword. Absolutely brilliant stuff

:) Welcome to the REH Forum! I'm getting some of your books. v/r Richard

Thanks Richard.

And back on topic... I've moved on to A.E.Merrit's "The Dwellers in the Mirage" which is very Howardesque in many ways.

What're the odds, two new Scots members in such a short time!

Yes... soon, our forces will be consolidated, and the revolution will begin...

How many fellow Scots are there on here!? All well mannered and good humoured!

Scots' Wa Hae! :) Don't know about everyone else, but I really hoped that the new Conan movie would have been filmed here in beloved Alba! The Island of Skye would have been an amazing location, very primeval and rugged! Just like us Scots!

Another Scot saying hello -- William Meikle here, born and bred in Ayrshire, moved to Canada this year. (and I write fantasy and horror, most of it set in Scotland.)
